Edmond Trails, a quintessential Neighborhood Shopping Center located in the flourishing #Edmond suburb north of #OklahomaCity on the busy intersection of Santa Fe Avenue and Edmond Road which sees over 40,000 vehicles per day. The property is 100% occupied and includes an optimal mix of local tenants such as Big O’s Pork & Dreams and Battered Boar Brewing as well as nationally recognized brands including Kumon North America, Inc., Menchie's Frozen Yogurt, and OneMain Financial. Edmond Trails continues the Fund’s expansion in #Oklahoma marking the fifth acquisition in the state and 130th overall. Year to date, Baceline has added six Neighborhood Shopping Centers to our Core Income Fund for a combined purchase price of $48,930,000.
