Il Gruppo di B Academics si incontra a Venezia! ?? Nato poco più di un anno fa, il gruppo italiano di docenti e ricercatori di B Academics si è incontrato dal vivo presso Università Ca' Foscari Venezia per ragionare sui lavori in corso e sui prossimi passi. B Academics è una rete di educatori, ricercatori, studenti e professionisti di tutto il mondo che si impegnano ad accelerare il movimento delle imprese che creano non solo valore economico ma anche valore sociale e ambientale, e quindi in particolare le B Corp e le società benefit. I B Academics collaborano tra loro, con la rete globale di B Lab e con la comunità delle B Corp per condividere le migliori pratiche e identificare le opportunità di collaborazione in materia di ricerca, insegnamento e divulgazione. ?? #BCorp certification is on the rise, but research remains fragmented. To bridge this gap, Christian Fisch, Mirko Hirschmann, and I present a phenomenon-based systematic literature review that synthesizes existing research into a conceptual model. We clarify key theoretical perspectives and identify empirical patterns related to the impact, challenges, and adoption of B Corp certification. #Certification adoption is primarily driven by prosocial motives, market differentiation, and regulatory influences. While evidence indicates generally improved sustainability outcomes, economic and socio-environmental trade-offs persist. Our forward-looking research agenda provides actionable insights for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers alike. ??
