Conduct assessments and create personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care. Travel locally to deliver exceptional therapy services. ???What We’re Looking For: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders. Texas SLP license (we can help you obtain it if you don’t have one yet!). CCC-SLP certification (preferred). Experience working with children and young adults with special needs (preferred). Babel Therapy, a therapist-owned and operated private practice, is expanding our team and seeking full-time SLPAs to serve two key areas: ?? Cypress Service Area ?? South West Houston Service Area (Bellaire, Meyerland, Sugar Land, and surrounding areas) About the Role: Provide 1:1 therapy services to children and young adults with special needs in homes, daycares, clinics, and via telehealth. Cypress: Full-time position with travel within the assigned area. South West Houston: 75% in-person, 25% telehealth (not a telehealth-only role). Company iPad and online documentation tools provided. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders (required). Texas SLPA license (required). 1+ year of SLPA experience (required).
