?? Global Day of Unplugging As therapists, counsellors, and mental health practitioners from Black African, Caribbean, and Asian communities, we know how vital it is to pause — not just for others, but for ourselves too. Stepping away from screens offers space to reset, nurture our wellbeing, and honour the power of rest. Whether it's through mindfulness, nature walks, or sharing stories offline — these moments of presence can be a radical act of care and resistance. Take this day as an opportunity to unplug and restore your mind, body, and spirit. #GlobalDayOfUnplugging #RestIsResistance #CommunityCare #MentalHealthMatters #DigitalDetox ??? by Joshua Tsu

??????? Sharing Care, Love, and Tradition We love this tender moment of partners exploring cultural traditions together — a beautiful reminder of how care and connection can deepen across identities. At BAATN, we believe that all are worthy of respect and that healing flourishes in spaces where we can show up fully as ourselves. Moments like this celebrate the power of love, curiosity, and community in breaking down barriers and affirming each other's unique journeys. Whether through gestures of care, acts of solidarity, or listening to each other's stories — these moments remind us that our multiple identities can coexist and thrive in connection with one another. Thank you @les.gawas for showing how love in action can be a powerful force for inclusion, respect, and belonging. #CommunityCare #IntersectionalHealing #LoveInAllForms #BAATNValues #Pride #WLW
