One of BA Collective’s custom-designed residences is up for sale —permit ready! We put so much thought and care into this design. It would be heartbreaking for this one to go unbuilt. We’re hopeful someone falls in love with the property and design enough to want to buy it and work with us to bring this to reality. L.A. offers so much opportunity to live within a private, remote, natural setting while still being close to the action of the city. Great weather all the time means indoor-outdoor is a must especially on this property. We think we captured the Southern California lifestyle in a special way with this one.
