    Polls reveal that many Americans think foreign aid accounts for 25% or even 50% of all federal spending and that they would prefer it to be something like 10% instead. In reality, only about 1% goes to foreign aid. With that modest expenditure, the richest nation on earth helps millions and millions of people all across the world who are facing famine and malnutrition, illness and disease, oppression, disaster, and death. It has been shown to be the most cost-effective ways to project American influence, far more effective than weapon systems and massive "defense" spending. That seems to me that is part of what made this country great and even... Christian. Despite our being the richest country on Earth, there were 24 other countries in 2023 that gave more in development aid as a % of GDP than the US.

    Like you, the team at B2P has found the last several days (weeks and months) quite stressful. History teaches us that there is likely a lot more stress and change to come. So now that the election is over, where does this take us? I believe this calls us to focus even more on what we are here to do. B2P has always been here to elevate how businesses understand, value, and serve the people who are their customers. It’s always been about transforming B2B in Business to People. We have always needed to bring curiosity, acceptance, and humanity to our interactions with the ‘outside’ people who are your customers as well as the ‘inside’ people who are your colleagues. But today, even more so. It’s why we treat each of our clients as friends and why we are trusted advisors to so many of them. We are lights to each other. And we need to be. Times are challenging. But we are still here. And we will be here for each other. We will continue to be lights for each other.?At B2P, it’s the only way to B.
