(Business Operations Support Services) offers dedicated personnel who specialize in consultancy, auditing, teaching and auditor certification services and professional services to include lean, six sigma, and other process based approach schemes to their clientele. This enables us to consistently drive business improvement, lower waste, reduce costs and increase profit. We provide high customer satisfaction by rendering excellent service, quality reporting, and furnishing a business relationship with our clients. The business model will focus on 4 support pillars; Auditing, Instruction, Consultancy, and Support. B.O.S.S. will offer ISO and AS9100 system deployment, certification, and management. Instructor and coaching services will be offered to help companies get certified internal ISO auditors. Consultancy services will be offered to prospective clients hoping to become certified. Our Support pillar will focus on web services, eQMS, and other media that will help a business become more proficient maintaining a business management system. To move beyond a one person model, the business will expand its services to include lean, six sigma, and other business improvement tools. B.O.S.S. will also offer clients guidance in government contract quality and obtaining and managing government contracts. The quality consulting and auditing market consists of primarily small business entities, in the United States. As businesses grow larger than one person sole proprietorships, they generally require expert help with at least their preparation for internal audits and third party audits, and often with additional quality management systems consulting and instructional services. Even many non-ISO certified businesses will use some form of a quality management system at some point.
