By incorporating a second floor for future expansion—and renting it out in the interim—the school generates consistent income, ensuring financial stability from day one.? ? Cost efficiency was key.?We recommended a wood-framed structure to significantly reduce construction expenses without sacrificing function or aesthetics. Staying within budget was paramount.? ? We also opted for a striking focal point at the entryway to add beauty and presence, while designing the rest of the building highly economically.? ? A thoughtful design that drives growth, community, and financial success, defines architecture with purpose.
