I felt the need to share a quick post as I reflect back on 2024 and recall the wise teachings and more so the phrase of a man that has guided me through many challenging moments of my life, Thích Nh?t H?nh: “No mud, no lotus.” ?? 2024 presented its share of challenges—moments that felt like navigating through mud. Yet, with each stride, I gained clarity, strength, and momentum. Those tough moments weren't obstacles; they laid the groundwork for growth. Even amidst my honeymoon, I couldn't resist pausing to reflect and share. Life and work have intertwined deeply, each enriching the other. The past year's experiences have underscored that success isn't about separation; it's about integration—finding purpose and growth in every facet of the journey. Professionally, I embraced new challenges and expanded my skills in unexpected ways. Personally, I discovered the resilience and the value of leaning on loved ones—especially my family, incredible new wife, and network. As I take this moment to reflect, I'm overwhelmed with gratitude for all that 2024 has offered—the joys, the struggles, and the surprises. I emerged from last year stronger, more focused, and eager to embrace what lies ahead. The undeniable momentum B-Energy has cultivated fuels my excitement for 2025. To my personal and professional support systems: thank you for standing by me, cheering me on, and believing in me. You've been an integral part of this journey and will always be. Take a look at the explosion of Renewables in Texas in the past 2 years. In theory, this progress transcends political affiliations, underscoring that clean energy is not just an environmental imperative but also an economic one. The economic advantages of renewable energy are becoming increasingly apparent to businesses and communities nationwide. From job creation to energy independence, the benefits drive bipartisan support—even in regions traditionally dependent on fossil fuels.
