It's been a WEEK. Or two weeks, really. From a mezcal tasting to a launch party to a full week of Charleston Wine + Food events, I've barely caught my breath. We had a lot of fun but also learned and communed. I was particularly thrilled to experience the cooking of Chef BJ Dennis who has become an unofficial ambassador for Gullah Geechee culture, history, and cuisine in #charleston.
