? Our History Axis Community Health, a nonprofit established in 1972, provides comprehensive healthcare services to over 15,000 individuals across all age groups in the Tri-Valley area. Our mission is rooted in delivering high-quality patient care, encompassing primary healthcare, mental health support, and dental services. We are committed to ensuring access to essential healthcare services for every member of our community, irrespective of financial status, language proficiency, sexual orientation, cultural background, living situation, or insurance coverage. We also offer acupuncture and chiropractic services, a WIC nutrition program and school and community-based services. At Axis, no one will be denied access to services due to an inability to pay. A discounted/sliding fee schedule is available based on family size and income. ? Life at Axis At Axis, the work you do has a profound, positive impact on the health of thousands of low-income and uninsured Tri-Valley residents. We are here to help everyone in need -- moms-to-be needing prenatal care, people who are homeless, people with disabilities, teenagers needing counseling, and kids needing immunizations to attend school. Our employees are committed to helping people live a healthier life. From doctors to front desk staff, from mental health clinicians to enrollment counselors and beyond, everyone at Axis works together to get people the care they need. Our efforts have made us a nationally-recognized leader in quality care, and a place where employees feel supported and inspired. ?
