Exciting progress at our Ditmas Park project! After navigating a lengthy approval process with the DEP and DOB to safely remove all asbestos-containing plaster walls, we’ve officially completed this crucial phase. Now, we’re awaiting our ACP21 so we can move forward with the next stage of construction—fingers crossed this waiting period is a short one!
