Today, we came together—not as individual providers, but as one collective force—to learn, share, and collaborate. Our shared goal was clear: to improve access to recovery and close gaps in care, ensuring individuals receive the support they deserve exactly when they need it most. A special thank you to Recovery Centers of America for partnering with us and helping to bring this vision to life. Your dedication to improving outcomes for those facing substance use disorders is unmatched. We also want to extend our gratitude to the Bottleworks Hotel for hosting us in such a stunning, first-class venue. It was the perfect backdrop for this impactful day of connection and collaboration. Together, we’re paving the way toward a more integrated, compassionate, and effective system of care. Here’s to the progress we’ve made today and the work still to come! #recoverycommunity #collaboratingforrecovery #accesstocare #BridgingGaps #recoveryispossible #recoverysupport

We transform the home into a treatment center, delivering addiction services to those in need where they live.
关于我们
Aware Recovery Care helps people affected by addiction "Recover Where You Live," transforming the home into a treatment center and delivering innovative addiction services to those in need. Aware's groundbreaking and evidence-based approaches treat addiction differently by bringing collaborative care with lived experience to the home, empowering individuals and their loved ones to thrive & make sustainable recovery possible. The program helps clients learn new skills and daily habits required to maintain abstinence while remaining in their community, thereby avoiding the often-difficult return home seen from traditional treatment options. In early 2021, Aware received an investment from Health Enterprise Partners ("HEP"), a growth equity firm whose investors include some of the largest health systems and health insurance plans in the United States. Aware now operates in eleven states (CT, MA, RI, NH, ME, VA, KY, OH, IN, FL, GA) and is poised for further expansion in partnership with established national and regional payors, employers, and other stakeholders. Aware was certified as a "Great Place to Work" in August 2022.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of co-hosting a meaningful coffee hour in Connecticut, bringing together an incredible group of people dedicated to recovery and mental health. Alongside our partners at The Ridge, Hartford HealthCare's newest treatment center, Newport Healthcare, and RECOVERY SERVICES OF CONNECTICUT, we connected over shared experiences, resources, and ideas on how to best support those on their journey to wellness. Events like these remind us of the power of community and the strength we find in coming together for a common purpose. Thank you to everyone who joined us. Together, we’re creating a brighter path forward. ? #recoverycommunity #recoveryispossible #recoverysupport #recoveryjourney #communitysupport #mentalhealthmatters
