?Employee Highlight? Meet Ashley Sisk! Ashley is a Billing Manager here at Awardco. ?What is the most impactful experience you've had working at Awardco? I had the privilege of working closely with a coworker who retired a last year. Despite being much older than me, we formed a bond over shared projects, daily conversations and personal similarities. It was a reminder that meaningful friendships and connections aren't confined by age or career stage. Even as a younger professional, I realized that we can learn, grow, and form lasting relationships with people at any stage of their journey. It’s a powerful lesson in the value of openness and embracing connections wherever they come from. I am so grateful that Awardco not only provides these opportunities but encourages them through their values and culture, specifically Recognitions. A few fun facts about Ashley... ?What is your top bucket list item? One of the top items on my bucket list is to visit an elephant conservation sanctuary. I’ve always been fascinated by elephants, and I want to see them in a safe, natural environment while supporting efforts to protect and preserve these incredible creatures. ?Who is someone you look up to? I look up to my one and only brother. During winter storms, you will typically see him pulling other vehicles back onto the road when they slid off. In his free time, you will see him fixing mechanical issues on cars for friends, family, or friends of friends. Call him up to help move something heavy, he will be there. The list goes on. He is one of the kindest, selfless, and most hard working individuals who truly cares about every individual person.

At Awardco employee appreciation isn't just a day, it’s a whole week! Awardco decided to go all out and made sure it was the best week ever. We kicked things off by celebrating Women’s Appreciation Day with a special treat for the incredible women in our office. Tuesday was all about recognizing excellence as we welcomed three new members into Awardco’s A-Team. Our highest honor for employees who go above and beyond to create an exceptional experience for both our customers and our team. These individuals truly embody our values, and it was an unforgettable experience to emcee the induction ceremony alongside James Westwood. Huge congratulations to Madison Bauer Avila Cameron Zollinger and Mason Busath. Your dedication inspires us all! The rest of the week? Absolute magic. We enjoyed double A-pay, a gelato party with the C-suite from Pinguinos Gelato, massages and assisted stretching from Onsite Stretch, Swift Waves and Headspace relaxation sessions, treats from Dunked Cookies, lunch from J.Dawgs and so much more! The week got even better when Dallin and his daughter came to hang out with me and tour Awardco. Best week ever! Awardco practices what it preaches. This is a company that genuinely values its people. Every day, I get to witness the People Experience being elevated, and I feel so lucky to not only enjoy it but also help create it.
