And we get to decide which ones we hold onto. So, as you move through the next few days, I encourage you to ask yourself: ? Are my thoughts bringing me peace? ? Do they empower me or hold me back? ? What new thought can I choose instead? A simple practice to bring more peace into your weekend: ?? Take a deep breath. ?? As you inhale, say “peace.” As you exhale, say “calm.” ?? You Deserve Love—Especially From Yourself ?? It’s Friday. It’s Valentine’s Day. And whether today feels full of love or a little tender, here’s a reminder: love starts with you. This week, I had a moment during meditation where I realized (again) how hard I can be on myself. It’s easy to show kindness to others, but when it comes to ourselves? That’s often where the love stops. So, as we wrap up the week and move through the weekend, I want to invite you to do something different: ?? Speak to yourself with the same kindness you’d offer a friend. ?? Pause before you criticize yourself and ask, Would I say this to someone I love? ?? Do something that nourishes you—without guilt. Self-love isn’t just a trend or a holiday sentiment. It’s the foundation of everything. The way you love yourself sets the tone for how you show up in the world. So before the week ends and throughout the weekend, take a deep breath and remind yourself: I am enough. I am worthy of love. I choose to love myself exactly as I am.
