Though it is the season of joy, love, giving, & receiving, it is also the season for some other deeper, possibly darker, & more sensitive feelings ??
1. If you feel the latter - you are not alone. And truly KNOW AND RECEIVE this. You ARE NOT alone.
2. Protecting your energy this season is essential. It is easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of it all & feel drained.
How can you do this? It’s quite simple really. Sit with yourself silently for a moment with the intention of energetic protection. Imagine yourself being surrounded in an orb of light. Set this intention meditation in the morning, and throughout the day take small moments of silence & remember your intention meditation to keep the boundary strong.
3. If you are someone who suffers from depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc. and need some extra energetic love & support - reach out to someone you trust & ask them for that needed energy.
I know this sounds vulnerable & uncomfortable, but something that I have truly been working on over the past few months is practicing receiving. Actually receiving energetic love, joy, & peace from an individual that you trust isn’t always easy to ask for, especially if you feel like a burden. Know that although you may feel this way, the people that love you don’t feel that way about you & are very happy to love and support you.
4. Get energy work done! If things are just getting too overwhelming, too uncomfortable, too chaotic - book an energy healing session! IT HELPS I PROMISE!
5. As you are giving & practicing receiving this holiday season, take space for yourself. It is not selfish. It is not burdening anyone. You deserve it.
