Global trade is complicated. With customers in 187 countries, we're likely more aware than most of the compliance and logistics challenges, as well as the costs, of distributing products around the world. Evolving tariffs like those recently announced by the US and reciprocal tariffs likely to follow from others can add even more uncertainty and concern. When you choose AVTECH Software, Inc. and Room Alert, you choose a team that decided years ago to make the investments necessary to serve our global customers. For our US customers, our products are Made in the USA and will see little to no impact from new tariffs. We know you often buy Room Alert in response to an environment issue, so we've invested in our supply chain to be sure we have plenty of stock available at all times. This includes investing in our own manufacturing facility Mirian Solutions rather than relying on an outside third party like most. For our global customers across 186 other countries, many who now facing the prospect of potential new tariffs, know that we've invested in your needs as well. By establishing our subsidiary in Ireland in 2018 (https://lnkd.in/eVAztQiw) and maintaining EU inventory, we're well positioned to continue providing products and services to global customers from either the US or EU, whichever is better for our customers and channel partners. With the prospect of new tariffs being introduced, we had already been working ahead to increase inventory levels held in the EU for exactly this scenario. Because of this planning, we do not expect new tariffs to have any significant impact on our global customers in the near term. We expect the situation with tariffs to remain fairly fluid in the months ahead. Regardless of the changes already in place or still to come, know that AVTECH has a talented global trade team ready and willing to make the investments necessary to ensure your organization can trust Room Alert to protect against damage and downtime wherever and whenever you need it.
