Company: AVT Simulation ?? Job Type: Full-Time Overview: ?? Are you an experienced program manager with a strong background in Army Aviation? We are looking for a dedicated professional to lead and manage complex aviation programs from initiation through completion. If you have a deep understanding of Army Aviation operations, program management processes, and a proven track record of delivering results, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: ?? ? Lead and oversee Army Aviation-related programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. ? Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and risk management strategies. ? Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers, logistics personnel, and operations staff. ? Ensure compliance with Army aviation policies, DoD regulations, and contractual requirements. ? Communicate program goals and updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders. ? Identify and mitigate risks impacting program performance. ? Build and maintain relationships with Army Aviation stakeholders and defense contractors. ? Provide mentorship and guidance to junior program managers and team members. ? Track and report on program milestones and deliverables. Qualifications: ?? ?? Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field. Experience:??? 10+ years in program management, with a focus on Army Aviation operations and logistics. Proven track record of managing large-scale aviation programs and cross-functional teams. Experience working with military and defense contractors preferred. Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Army-specific aviation regulations. ?? Certifications: PMP (Program Management Professional) certification or equivalent preferred. Army Aviation or military aviation certifications are a plus. ?? Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively. Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Additional Requirements: ??
