The surveyors were in and out in just six hours, and we couldn’t be prouder to announce that our community had NO DEFICIENCIES. This is an outstanding achievement, especially considering the average number of deficiencies typically ranges from 15-17. It speaks volumes about the dedication, professionalism, and hard work our team puts in every single day. ?? At Avista, we strive to go above and beyond in everything we do, and this accomplishment is a testament to what it truly means to care for the elderly.
