In 2024, 6.2% of Manhattan's office space saw base rents over $100. Of that, 68.5% was in trophy buildings, showing that top-tier spaces are still in high demand. These buildings accounted for 77% of leases last year, and the trend is holding strong in 2025. Our analysis of Minneapolis-St. Paul industrial properties reveal that well-established properties (built before 2020) boast a 96% occupancy rate, while newer buildings (post-2020) face challenges with occupancy rates hovering around 78%.
