Our team is grieving the loss of our colleague and friend, Vice President of HR Kimberly Maddox. Kimberly has been an important part of the AFCO family since 2012, and we miss her professional and personal presence already. Please take a moment to read about a life well lived. AFCO announced today that the Infrastructure business at Goldman Sachs Alternatives has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its ownership position in AFCO to Ardian, a world-leading private investment house. Through this new partnership with Ardian, AFCO will have access to valuable resources and operational expertise, enabling the company to advance its growth strategy, including through targeted acquisitions.
