OPEN, an AVI-SPL Employee Resource Group (ERG), is dedicated to advocating for an inclusive and respectful work environment for employees of all sexual orientations and gender identities. ?? In June, as part of their celebration of Pride Month, they raised over $1,000 for The Trevor Project, the leading suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ+ youth. This committed group regularly gets together for scheduled virtual happy hours in addition to their routine ERG meetings.
