We are proud to announce the successful completion of phase three of our long-standing renovation and expansion project at the prestigious Capital City Club, marking over 11 years of trusted partnership. ? Our seasoned Hodges & Hicks General Contractors team planned and executed the site logistics with precision, ensuring minimal disruption while maintaining the Club's high standards. This latest phase included a complex addition to the historic building, remodeled locker rooms, fitness areas, the main kitchen, a golf shop, and a new rooftop event space. 100 North Main Street in downtown Alpharetta, GA . . . we're still working on 3 tenant buildouts and an East Lobby extension behind & to the left of this view. But sitting here by myself today waiting on a meeting. . . I'm grateful to the team that helped us put this together.
