As Connecticut's Hometown Airline, we are proud to be the Presenting Sponsor of the 2nd Annual Special Olympics CT/ Avelo Airlines Plane Pull at Tweed-New Haven Airport (HVN). 16 teams of 20 had the opportunity to pull Avelo's Boeing 737 to support and raise money for Connecticut Special Olympics Athletes. As one of five new airlines that have added service at #IAD this year, Avelo has been providing travelers twice-weekly flights to Southern Connecticut’s Tweed-New Haven Airport (HVN) (#HVN) since its inaugural flight, which we celebrated on July 12th.
