The “S” in QUEST represents “service” - which has been the driving force behind everything we do – service to our team members, service to our residents, service to our clients, and service to our communities. AVE partners with non-profits that share our mission to care for our communities especially in the areas of home and hunger. We provide our team members with paid Volunteer Time Off (VTO) every year for them to use to give back to their chosen cause.
