#AvatureUpfront 2024 - Day 2 ?From sunrise to sunset, we had a packed agenda filled with exclusive insights, learnings and new connections. ?? We kicked off with a morning run followed by breakfast before Dimitri Boylan, Avature's Founder and CEO, took to the stage for his opening remarks. He offered a refreshing analysis of how to deliver sustainable competitive advantage with AI. ?? Our customers stole the show during the Strategic HR in Action track, presenting on a broad range of topics, from high-volume to executive hiring, onboarding to internal mobility. A huge thank you to our stellar speakers: Neha Sharma from Unifi, Peter Dube from Kimberly-Clark, Julie Fink, SHRM-SCP, CDP, Kristy Geed and John Goodison from the University of Phoenix. Mark Stelzner from IA HR offered a fresh perspective on onboarding. ??Avature’s Carina Lacour, Nicolas Bader and Pamela Vannucci revealed the 2025 Roadmap, sharing exciting new features and updates on the horizon. ?? In the Power User track, Gina Drew from Xerox and Brandy Tower from Avature explored salary transparency, Grace Taylor from Intercare Therapy and Pablo Nicolás Naso discussed high-volume hiring automation. Lucila Cacciola from Avature joined Reannon Gonzalez from NVA to highlight the impact stakeholder surveys have had in ensuring their TA team is ahead of the curve. ?? After an engaging trivia challenge that put our Avature knowledge to the test, we ended the day with a wonderful evening of dining and connection at the Mowry & Cotton Restaurant.
