We launched Ava’s Italian Ice in the summer of 2018 with the belief that the choices we make about what we eat, where it comes from, and how it is prepared, has a direct and powerful impact on the health of our families, communities, and the environment. Our Italian ice is handmade in small batches with no artificial flavors, colors or sweeteners. We’ve established best practices to be eco-forward such as using organic fruit in all our recipes and composting to only using 100% recycled cups and spoons. We live our core values each day and look to bring on team members who share these same traits: Transparency - we wouldn’t serve anything to our customers that we wouldn’t serve to our own family. Gratitude - we listen, contribute, and innovate to deliver the best customer experience Integrity - always doing the right thing Community - when one neighbor helps another, we strengthen our community Humble - we don’t let our success sway us from who we are and where we are from
