Position 1: Full stack development and cloud computing SME -Contribute to all aspects of the program lifecycle, including program design, soliciting solutions and evaluation proposed solutions, stakeholder engagement before and after solicitations and performance assessment -Interact with experience from industry, academic, clinical sites and the government to help share the next generation of healthcare in the U.S -Use in-depth technical knowledge and understanding to critically contribute to successfully launch and execution of bold, transformative programs Experience: -Minimum 3 years experience in full-stack development with proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies -Background in machine learning techniques and frameworks -Experience with developing in commercial cloud platforms and leveraging cloud data service -Data engineering skills, including experience constructing optimized data pipelines to feed models -Experience productizing, monitoring, and maintaining models -Familiarity with infection risk analytics -Domain knowledge in infectious disease, biosecurity, environmental health -Experience with geospatial data analysis and visualization tools Min degree: M.S. in computer science, engineering, data science, or related Position 2: Medical imaging data SME -Develop technical requirements (architecture, data standards) for a hybrid (centralized and federated) medical imagining data exchange platform to make data available from hundreds of providers using a variety of cloud environments, tools, and architectures -Identify security and other relevant requirements/considerations -Advise on functionality tradeoffs stemming from technical decisions -Develop technical requirements for solicitations ?Experience: -10 years experience in cloud computing/multiple cloud environments with medical data repositories or commons -Federated system design, implementation, and management experience -Prior work on systems supporting medical imaging data, and understanding of medical imaging data standards -Experience with systems architecture and design -Integration of multiple datasets from disparate sources into a common platform Min degree: Masters in a related field Position 3: Biostatistician and clinical trial design SME -Help design, develop, and size trials (both clinical and public health) for the purpose of developing Proactive Health Office T&E infrastructure Experience: -Background in applied and/or biostatistics -5+ years of experience with design and analysis of trials -Ability to design biomedical/clinical trials and trials for social science experiments Min degree: Ph.D.
