CIEE's High School Summer Abroad program is helping language learners improve their cultural and language proficiency. Join JNCL-NCLIS This #VeteransDay to honor our service members by advocating for access to multilingual education for military families. Often, military families can face difficuties with educational continuity, and providng mulitlingual education for their children is critical. Advocates like Susanna Bailey are making a difference. Through federally funded Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) WLARP Grants, Susanna has developed programs to support bilingual military learners. She created advocacy committees to focus on the needs of students, particularly those with deployed parents.
