What began as a small commitment by our family to elevate Matthews - initially producing around 2,500 cases - has grown into 5 brands and over 25 wines, all crafted from select vineyards throughout the Columbia Valley AVA in Washington State. One thing has been missing: a unifying name for our collection of winery brands. We are excited to announce the creation of Avallé (pronounced “Ah-va-lay”), to bring together our growing portfolio of wines under one collection. Since 2004, we have worked to empower remarkable winemakers in the pursuit of crafting exceptional wine from our dynamic region. Creating Avallé provides us a way to continue to focus, explore and innovate in a thoughtful and sustainable way. By unifying under this new name our fans and wholesale partners now have easier access to our entire portfolio.?
