On June 28, 2024, we celebrated the retirement of a truly exceptional employee, Jon Wilcox, who dedicated almost 18 years at Avalign Technologies in Fort Wayne, IN, as a highly skilled Swiss Machinist. His extensive knowledge and unmatched dedication have been invaluable to our team and operations. To honor Jon's remarkable career, we held a retirement party last week. It was a joyous occasion where he was not only joined by his coworkers but also his wife, making the celebration even more special. We surprised him with a custom cake featuring camping, NASCAR, and AC/DC themes, reflecting a few of his favorite things.
