I joined Auxo Solutions in November of 2023 after spending time at Smartsheet as a Senior Solutions Consultant, and Yext as a Technical Engagement Manager. I’ve always enjoyed the problem solving and product-focused aspect of delivery, so diving into Unqork solutions here at Auxo was a natural fit. ??? What does a typical day look like for you? While cliche, every day looks different here at Auxo and that is part of the excitement! My days start with project team standups to check in on progress towards our milestones, and usually also involve more detailed working sessions with our customer stakeholders to continuously refine and improve the solution being implemented. ?? What advice would you give to someone looking to enter your field of work? My advice is to always lead with empathy, whether that is for an internal project team member or understanding your customer stakeholders. A mentor of mine considers the pillars of exceptional work for our field to be People, Process, and Product - but always People first. I like to pass that sentiment along. ?? Outside of work, what are your interests or hobbies? I love spending time outdoors including snowboarding and hiking. This Auxo Spotlight is on Esha Narola, Senior Technical Project Manager! ?? What's your professional background? My background is rooted in project management and SaaS implementations. Before joining Auxo, I managed multiple implementations across two different platforms: one in health tech and the other in digital presence management. Now at Auxo, I leverage that experience to deliver tailored Unqork solutions that help clients maximize their technology investments. ???? What does a typical day look like for you? Every day as a Technical Project Manager is different! My mornings typically start with leading internal stand-up meetings to ensure projects are on track and our developers have what they need to move forward. The rest of my day is spent collaborating with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring smooth project execution. Additionally, with our PMO team continuing to expand so quickly, I often dedicate time to meeting with new candidates to support our growing team. ???How does your role contribute to Auxo’s mission and client success? TPMs keep projects running smoothly by making sure developers and designers have what they need to do their best work. They bridge the gap between clients and technical teams, translating business goals into clear, actionable plans. By managing timelines, solving roadblocks, and keeping everyone aligned, they help ensure projects stay on track and deliver real value. ?? What’s one thing about Auxo Solutions that you think people would be surprised to know? One surprising thing about Auxo is how quickly we've grown. When I started, there were only two TPMs and now we have over 20! It’s been incredible to see the team expand while maintaining the same strong culture of collaboration and support. I have spent just about my entire career in the financial technology industry, specifically working with hedge funds, private equity, and institutional investors.?Prior to joining Auxo, I spent 9 years at Backstop Solutions managing the implementation team.?A former colleague of mine moved to a role at Unqork a few years ago.?He let me know about an opening at Auxo, which seemed like a perfect opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing company while leveraging my experience in the private markets and alternative space. ?? What do you find most exciting or interesting about working at Auxo Solutions? The speed with which we are able to turn clients' requirements into real custom solutions is awesome.?To be able to go from discovery and design to UAT in a matter of weeks in some cases is a game changer!? I especially love seeing the reaction of clients when they start to see their vision turn into reality. ?? How does your role contribute to Auxo’s #mission and #client success? As a Client Director, I am responsible for ensuring high quality engagement delivery while also maintaining and growing relationships with the clients I cover. I strive to understand our clients’ long term business goals so that we can align as an organization to deliver. ? Outside of work, what are your interests or hobbies? I am married with three kids ages 12, 10, and 6 so I keep busy with sports and other activities.?Throughout the year I coach hockey, baseball, and softball for each of my kids’ teams.?We also love to travel so we are always planning our next getaway! After a decade in workforce and resource management spanning finance and digital marketing, I joined Auxo at the start of last year, where I was introduced to Unqork for the first time. My previous work experiences have helped shape my approach to optimizing project delivery at Auxo. ??? What does a typical day look like for you? As the Utilization Manager, I ensure every project, whether ongoing or new, is properly resourced to meet delivery targets. My day usually involves reviewing resource requests, offering team insights, coordinating with talent and people operations on new hires, and enhancing our resource operations to support rapid growth. ?? What #goals are you focused on achieving right now in your role? Right now, I’m prioritizing efficiency, automation, and proactive strategy. As our clients evolve, I’m also streamlining onboarding, aligning talent with the right projects based on skillset and experience, and optimizing resource allocation to maintain revenue profitability. ?? What do you find most exciting or interesting about working at Auxo Solutions? I love our collaborative and competitive spirit at Auxo. This Auxo Spotlight is on Kyle Polich, Technical Project Manager! ??What's your #Unqork journey? My Unqork journey started here at Auxo. Even with no prior experience, the Unqork platform is set up so transparently that it was quick and easy to learn. Having a bunch of experts on staff here at Auxo helped a lot too! ??? What does your typical day look like? My mornings are made up of daily standups focused on the various teams we have on client projects, plus internal check in on infrastructure projects that I’m working on. After the day is off and running, I usually do some JIRA backlog cleanup and QA testing in preparation for upcoming client demos. From there, I usually spend some time after lunch/walking the dog to get into some self-led Unqork skill training and wrap up the day with Client demos. ?? What do you find most exciting about working at #Auxo? I find it most exciting that there’s always something new to do. On the Solutions Engineering team, it's fun to get to work with a brand new client for 2-3 weeks and build them something awesome. The fast paced schedule gets interesting when you only have a few weeks to show what we can do in the discovery, build, and demo process! ?? How does your role contribute to Auxo’s mission? As a TPM, I feel empowered to own the project, master its requirements and make sure the client is satisfied throughout the project lifecycle. That also means taking care of our internal team members and coming in prepared each day so everyone knows where to go for clarity on what we are building. That can also mean a few extra conversations during discovery to work through a large feature, or even doing an extra demo to an external stakeholder so they feel comfortable before they show it off internally. ?? What #advice would you give to someone looking to enter your field of work? First, find a mentor. Then, really work on communication and problem solving because both are required to be successful throughout a project lifecycle. Finally, start building something of your own! ?? What’s one thing people would be surprised to know about you? I was a Biology major in college, worked 7 years in a Synthetic DNA laboratory and then left science for technology and never looked back. ?? What’s your #vision for the future of technology? I see a lot more self-led application development coming with the use of pre-caned tools that allow users to create their own applications, using basic frameworks and rules engines set up by others. Basically, it will continue to become easier to integrate with other systems. ?? Outside of work, what are your interests or hobbies? You can find me outside when I’m not at my computer. I love competitive cycling (road, cyclocross, etc), running (I’m trying to run a marathon or longer in every state), and playing with our 2 year old golden retriever who never seems to get tired of the b-a-l-l.
