?? Thinking of building an AI-powered IT help desk bot in-house? You might want to think again. From indexing data to vector search and bot orchestration, the hidden complexities add up—fast. Many teams underestimate the time, cost, and expertise required to make self-service AI actually work. ?? Before you commit to DIY, explore the real challenges (and costs) in our latest blog post linked in comments

Auxi is more than just an enterprise search tool. As a conversational platform, I don’t just answer user questions—I can also resolve tickets autonomously, without human intervention. With reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), I continuously improve my responses without requiring model retraining on customer data. See how I compare against Glean in our latest blog post linked in comments. #ConversationalEnterpriseAutomation #EnterpriseSearch?

We believe internal wikis should work harder for you—not just store information. Let’s rethink how we empower employees with the right answers, fast and where they are. ??

1/ ?? Companies spend $$$ on fancy internal wikis but still drown in repetitive employee questions. Why? Because the wiki isn’t alive—it’s static and hard to navigate. Let’s talk about how to unlock its full potential.?? 2/ ?? Most wikis are designed for storage, not answers. Employees ask: - "What's our PTO policy?" - "How do I set up VPN?" - "Where’s the branding guide?" But instead of answers, they find buried pages, outdated docs, or worse, no results. 3/ Imagine if Google only showed a giant list of links when you searched. That’s how most wikis behave. No wonder employees default to Slack, email, or tapping shoulders for quick answers. It's faster but inefficient. 4/ ?? The fix? Make the wiki work for you. Turn it into a helpful knowledge hub. Here’s what that looks like: Instant search that understands intent. Short, clear answers (not walls of text). Regular updates with ownership and accountability. 5/ ?? Integrate your wiki where employees already work. Example: Employee asks, "What’s our remote work policy?" in Slack or Microsoft Teams. Instead of digging through the wiki, they get the answer instantly, right in the chat. 6/ ?? This saves time for everyone. Employees get answers faster. HR, IT, and Ops teams stop repeating themselves. Productivity soars because knowledge isn’t siloed. 7/ ?? The ROI is clear: Reduced ticket volume. Happier employees. Better use of the tools you already pay for (your wiki!). 8/ ?? Some big companies with a large IT team are already doing this—and it’s transforming how their teams work. Don’t let your wiki gather dust. Empower it to be the answer engine your team needs. How is your company using its internal wiki today? Could it be smarter? Share your thoughts. #EmployeeExperience #EnterpriseSearch #DigitalTransformation

What do you use to search these days?? Google? Bing (does anyone use that?) what about Yahoo (is that still a thing?) Rumor has it duckduckgo doesn’t track you or have targeted ads… that might do it for some people. With the AI explosion Perplexity.ai has become the cool new kid on the block.? Nonetheless, great options that help us navigate the infinite World Wide Web. But what about internally at work? How do you actually find the information that need when you need it? You found it before. Was it in a folder? SharePoint? Maybe a file in Slack... So now you’ve spent 10 minutes on a scavenger hunt How long do you search before you ask a colleague or post a question in Slack?? What if there was a better way for internal search at work? What if you didn’t have to traverse through the infinite search results that somehow include 57% of the documents in SharePoint or Google Drive? This was a significant problem for one of our early customers.? Navigating several internal sources from SharePoint and other knowledgebases to internal systems. People were wasting time looking for information rather than spending time with clients. We partnered with our customer by creating a self-service indexing function within Auxi.? They have full control over what is indexed in Auxi and when. We also engineered an LLM to only respond off of the documents and information that they entered into Auxi.? Because of these capabilities, our customers get instant and accurate responses via Teams or Chat.? Auxi doesn’t train off of their data, nor share their data with others.? It is a simplified, fast and accurate search for companies that value privacy and security. If this sounds interesting and you want to learn, send me a message or check us out at auxi [dot] io

I just had a super fun conversation with my sister-in-law Krista Skjold-Robbins. Krista is getting her own business going (KSR Creative, LLC) after spending like 2 decades with the same company. Why I am sharing this? Well, we at Auxi are strongly considering a small seed round to fuel our growth. We (I) created a pitch deck, but it was painfully clear I am NOT good in Power Point. Enter Krista! So, today we jumped on a quick call After Krista shared an (AMAZING) preview of the revamped deck, I demoed Auxi for her. We did a few basic things that people tend to do at work within Auxi/Teams, ?? find my last payslip ???? are the benefits changing next year ?? reset password via text ?? create a support ticket via MS Teams (she like this one most due to her disdain for creating tickets) ?? who should buy Auxi (a lot of people should) but, the best was after I indexed her new website (less than 5 mins), we asked the questions on the short video below. It was so fun to see her reaction and watch her mind spinning with all the ideas she had for use cases for Auxi. Meetings like this are so fun and full of positive energy. Helps a lot when people quickly see how cool the product is and how many problems we can help solve Once I get the deck back, I'll post a before and after ??

Onboarding can make or break a new hire’s experience—and ultimately, their decision to stay or leave. ?? According to Gallup only 12% of US employees believed that their new company has a good process for onboarding new team members. ?? Which makes this next stat even more terrifying than it already is ?? Studies show that 44% of new hires regret their decision within the first week due to poor onboarding, and more than half of employees who received ineffective onboarding feel negatively about their employer. ?? But it doesn’t have to be this way. ?? At Auxi, we’re partnering with Sproutwise to help companies deliver an onboarding experience that reduces turnover and increases time to productivity.? ?? The combination of Auxi's conversational AI technology and the industry expertise of Sproutwise allows us to help companies with conversational automation and process improvements. ??
