Self-worth isn't about the results. Our self-worth comes from efforts. Praise your efforts, celebrate the small things, and look for chances to feel good about that effort. Little by little, your perspective will change...and in doing so you WILL achieve the results you desire. ...Minor sends.

The Hard Truth About Failure & Growth "For a long time, I avoided talking about this. But the truth is, I need to own it." Many of you know me as the founder of Aero Plains Brewing. It was a passion project, something I poured my heart, time, and resources into. And then, after four years, for a variety of reasons, it failed. Investors lost money. I lost money. And even though I learned valuable lessons, I walked away carrying a heavy weight of shame. For a long time, I hesitated to share anything publicly--I would start to post something and freeze up--because I didn’t want to be seen as the guy who failed. But here’s what I’ve come to realize: failure isn’t a life sentence. It’s a chapter. And the more I reflect on it, the more I see how much I grew in the process. Recently someone close to me told me that I was depriving the world of "Lance" energy. That the world was "less better" because of my fear. So here's the truth: I’ve rebuilt. I’ve learned. I’m still here, moving forward. If you’ve ever struggled with shame from a setback, know this—you’re not alone. Your failures don’t define you. How you respond to them does. Would love to hear from others—what’s a failure that turned into a powerful lesson for you?
