8,278 Turkeys ?? Yes, you read that right—eight-thousand, two-hundred and seventy-eight. That’s how many turkeys we handed out to the incredible employees this year for Thanksgiving. Why? Because every single day, the staff shows up with heart, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to making a difference. They give so much. So, we gave back. For the day of giving thanks, we couldn’t think of a better way to say, “Thank you.” 8,278 turkeys. A small token for the immeasurable gratitude we feel. Happy Thanksgiving ????

For the very first time: This house is... FULL!!! ???? We are so excited to share that Autumn Lake Healthcare at Summit Park has reached 100% occupancy, filling all 130 beds, for the first time! 100% occupancy only happens from 100% of the team Giving their 100% 100% of the time. Autumn Lake ?? Maryland Legislators Last week Autumn Lake Healthcare at Post Acute Center attended a fundraising event with Maryland Legislators from District 45. While supporting Delegate Jackie Addison, they also had the opportunity to spend time with Senator Cory McCray, and Delegate Caylin Young.
