The performance of GBP and Website is checked monthly for "Audi Service". Once you toggle "trends," you will see per neighborhood whether the performance improved (arrow up), stagnated (blue dot), or dropped (arrow down) compared with the scan before. Clicking on the neighborhood gives you the details of how good/bad the change is. The case below made the business drop from being the only GBP featured to not showing up at all within three months. Having good discussions about the right DVI process at the Shop Fix Academy

Service Advisors struggle with educating customers about why shocks and struts should be replaced before leaks or other damage are visible. Here is today's recording of our #PowerMoves_DVI_Process edition. Another educational video we created, which focuses on the shop/customer interaction instead of the technical explanation you usually see, can be found in the comments. There are many jewels in this video. Let me select one and paraphrase what Frank said as he closed the fastest 30 minutes of the week with: "Have your service advisor take a ride in the vehicle before and after the shocks/struts replacement. If he/she didn't believe in the value of that repair before, they will afterward." In other words: If the whole team doesn't believe in the why selling shocks and trust, how will the customer?
