Members of the ASU management team were recently in attendance at a presentation by Jon Taffer of Bar Rescue. Jon shared his experiences in his 40+ years in the customer service industry and how they can be aligned with the auto industry. Much appreciate the Greater Cleveland Auto Dealers Association for sponsoring this event.

We have teamed up with charitable organizations in proximity to our 11 dealerships and corporate office who are in need of diapers. So proud of our 600+ employees who are stepping up in the month of May to help these organizations. Stevi Austin of Honda of Cleveland Heights kicks us off with a wonderful donation. The donations from the Honda team will go directly to the Diaper Bank of Greater Cleveland.

We wish a Happy 1st Anniversary to our CFO Travis Hawk.?Travis and his family relocated to Independence, Ohio last year as he assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer.?He immediately made a positive impact on not just ASU, but at all 12 rooftops as well.? Travis brought with him 20+ years of experience in the dealership world with many of those in a CFO role in Oklahoma, Texas and Las Vegas. Not only has Auto Services Unlimited benefited from having Travis, but the community has also been fortunate to benefit from the impact from his wife, an educator in the school system and their three children (and 6 dogs). Happy Anniversary Travis !

The 2024 Cleveland Auto Show is complete. We can't express enough our gratitude to each person who stopped by our both to look, interact or just say hello.
