Two weeks ago, I was part of the second RIF in the past five months at Avaya, which impacted my entire team as well as several other departments. While this transition is certainly a challenge, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey I’ve had at Avaya and express my gratitude.
I am deeply appreciative of the opportunities I had to contribute, grow, and collaborate with so many talented colleagues, partners, and customers. I am proud of my achievements during my time at Avaya, including ending Q4FY24 at 194% of quota, ranking #7 out of ≈900 sellers, and surpassing my Q3FY24 quota. These milestones were made possible by the support of my director, amazing team, our outstanding partners, and the incredible customers I had the pleasure of working with on a daily basis. Many of these relationships have turned into true friendships, which I will cherish.
I’m now seeking new opportunities where I can continue to make an impact, collaborate with dynamic teams, and build lasting relationships. If anyone is able to share my profile, offer connections, advice, or know of any opportunities, I would be extremely grateful.
