The world's most advanced catheter tube printer prints catheters with complete automation. Loading trays allow catheter tubes to be loaded and printed in bundles. Corona treatment can be built in to pre-treat tubes for better adhesion. Printing using servo controlled heads allow printing parameters to be adjusted for multiple size catheter tubes, saved, and then duplicated with exacting precision. Internal digital measurement devices record position of tubes to insure print accuracy and allow machine to check the size of each tube for erroneous dimensional change or loading error. Tape cleaners allow full print cycling without the need to stop and clean pads. Omron light curtains keep operators safe. Quick clichê changeouts are accomplished with removable baseplates. Different diameter tubes and lengths can be accommodated allowing changeouts between jobs to be accomplished in seconds. Change pads second using magnetic pads. System recognized pads can be adopted to identify and recommend pads to operators using the color touchscreen control panel. Keep unlimited printing parameters stored securely on the machine or your company server to allow instant recall capabilities. Multiple servo machines can be located globally and networked to draw upon system stored parameters so printing operations globally are linked, coordinated, duplicated and monitored.
