Last week we had the pleasure of hosting a delegation from the Fijian Media Association, as well as various Fijian news and broadcast outlets at our Sydney office. The visiting delegation were given a presentation about the ACMA’s regulatory roles, our work on scams, and overseeing the Australian Code of Practice on Disinformation and Misinformation. The visit was part of a broader program coordinated by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, allowing Fijian delegates the opportunity to learn more about Australia’s media landscape.
