?? WA Member Hub Event Round Up! On the 27 February 2025, WA held a fantastic hub event in Kings Park with Luke van der Beeke as guest of honour. Luke is from The Behaviour Change Collaborative and it was in recognition for his many years of service on the Australian Association of Social Marketing (AASM) Committee. Over coffee and conversation with a group of Perth-based social marketers, and AASM President Nadia Zainuddin (pictured below with Luke), we presented Luke with a small token of our appreciation to acknowledge his important contributions to the #AASM and to the social marketing community. Luke served a 9-year term on the board, stepping down from his role as Treasurer of the AASM at the end of 2023. One of Luke’s most significant contributions to the AASM was his involvement in the establishment of the WA Hub in 2014, which has continued to grow from strength to strength. Luke also contributed valuable insight as a practitioner member of the board, providing a voice for those working in industry, strongly advocating for, and facilitating the translation of research insight into real-world applications. Keep a look out for future WA Hub events! ? #socialmarketing #behaviourchange
