We are officially one month into the integration of 512Financial and AustinPeopleWorks, and what a month it has been. An immense amount of growth, learning, and progress has been made. A reality I've learned is that no matter how prepared, thoughtful, and intentional you are, there are inevitably going to be bumps. How you handle those bumps will determine the success of your integration. Our final result remains to be seen, but the commitment displayed by the team has been absolutely exceptional and provides great confidence in our ability to do it right. Strategic PLANNING is a must. As we sleep, workplace activities and job duties will continue to evolve and change.
