Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Women's Fund screening of The Real Cost, a powerful documentary exploring student loan debt in the United States. Following the screening, local community leaders engaged the audience in a thoughtful panel discussion about how student loan debt disproportionately affects women and people of color, and how students can navigate these barriers. Take an early look inside Cady Lofts, which will provide 100 units of permanent supportive housing in central Austin.? ?? Projects like Cady Lofts require many funding sources to reach the finish line, and Austin Community Foundation is proud to be an integral part of this cross-sector effort. Cady Lofts is being developed collaboratively by SGI Ventures, Inc. and the Austin Affordable Housing Corporation, and onsite services will be provided by Family Endeavors, Inc. and PSH Health Care Collaborative.
