Thoughts? 75 year old male with multiple Rt knee surgeries. Now with painful Rt knee. All indices negative for infection. CAD, HTN, EF 25%…Options? Pain management, ablation, SCS, revision, injxns I chose an IM genicular PNS trial with >90% pain relief. Implanted permanent under MAC and local due to medical problems. #orthoPNS #curonix
