Today we unveil our inaugural list of Skills on the Rise in Sales, a data-backed ranking of the 10 fastest-growing skills that sales professionals should be investing in to get ahead in today’s world of work. AI Literacy takes the No. 1 spot on the list — highlighting the increasing need for sales professionals who can use AI to optimize their own workflows or implement AI-driven solutions for clients. Soft skills like Relationship Development (No. 5) also rank, emphasizing the importance of fostering strong relationships for business success. To compile the list, we looked at unique LinkedIn data to reveal the sales skills that professionals are increasingly adding and that companies are increasingly hiring for. Check out the full list of Skills on the Rise in the U.S. and our methodology here: https://lnkd.in/SkillsontheRise25US Which skills stand out to you on the list? Apple Inc., as it seeks relief from US President Donald Trump’s tariffs on goods imported from China, said that it will hire 20,000 new workers and produce AI servers in the US. The company said Monday that it plans to spend $500 billion domestically over the next four years, which will include work on a new server manufacturing facility in Houston, a supplier academy in Michigan and additional spending with its existing suppliers in the country. The disclosure comes days after Trump and Apple Chief Executive Officer Tim Cook met in the Oval Office. “He’s investing hundreds of billions of dollars,” Trump said after the meeting last week. He implied that the iPhone maker is investing locally because it does not want to pay tariffs. Trump has threatened an additional 10% tax on items imported from China, where Apple builds the vast majority of iPhones and other products. But he has traded investment in the US for relief in the past. https://lnkd.in/g7vSfX73

???Attention Job Seekers!??? Did you know that when you use LinkedIn’s?"Easy Apply"?feature, your previously saved answers, and even old cover letters, might be sent to the company,?even if they’re not requested? A friend recently discovered this when their application included a cover letter from years ago, intended for a completely different job. The kicker? There was no option to upload or edit a cover letter for that role, yet LinkedIn automatically pulled and sent an old one because their job settings were set to “save resumes and answers to application questions.” If you're actively job hunting, here’s a pro tip: regularly clear out old application data and refresh your resume to avoid sending outdated or role-specific information unintentionally. Here’s how to clean things up: 1?? Click the?Me?icon at the top of LinkedIn. 2?? Select?Settings & Privacy. 3?? Navigate to?Data Privacy. 4?? Under?Job Seeking Preferences,?go to?Job Application Settings. 5?? Toggle off?Save resumes and application data. 6?? Reload your updated resume(s). 7?? Apply with confidence and land that dream job! Stay proactive, and good luck to everyone on their job search journey! Let me know if this tip helps—or share your own experiences in the comments! #jobseekers,#jobs,#recruiters,#easyapply

In a job interview, the panel asked you, "Will you leave this job if you find a better one?” What will be your answer? Preferably I would answer this way It would depend on which answer you want. I have two answers for that, and exactly two answers only. It would depend on you to choose which answer you want. I'll break it down for you. 1. If you want an answer that will please you, it will be no. Even though deep in my heart I know that's a lie, and deep in your heart you'll know that's also a lie, we'll still proceed as if nothing happened. 2. The next answer would be yes. But it wouldn't be a complete yes. It would actually depend on several contexts. I will have to thoroughly and critically think about what that job is offering me. First, you'll have to look at the pay. Second, the location. Third, the difference in pay. Fourth, where it's found, the neighborhood. Fifth, where it is from your current location. Sixth, how much time it will take you to adapt to that new environment. And seventh, whether you have close friends and family members who you can go to in any case of an emergency, or if they'll all be far away, or they'll even be farther away from where you are actually trying to pursue this job now
