Lighting is more than just a design element; it's a critical factor in creating spaces where people thrive. At The Plaza in Clayton, Wright Heerema Architects prioritized this aspect to enhance tenant experience. Originally a windowless storage area situated above dark parking levels, the fifth floor underwent a remarkable transformation. We reimagined the space by opening up the concrete sixth-floor and adding a beautiful staircase. This strategic design choice brings natural light into the fifth floor, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere that encourages tenant socialization and community engagement.
