We're thrilled to announce the recent promotions of exceptional team members who continue to make a tremendous impact on our mission to serve the community: ?? Lulu M has been promoted to Housing Specialist. During her time as Office Assistant, Lulu consistently demonstrated hard work, kindness, and a willingness to help in any way she could. We are excited to see her grow in this new role and continue her outstanding service to our community. ?? Maya Green has been promoted to Manager of ECHO. Maya’s dedication to providing opportunities for our residents to thrive has been instrumental to the success of our Family Services programs. We are excited to see her continue to lead with passion and innovation. ?? Celia Rivas has been promoted to Director of Assisted Housing. For the past 12 years, Celia has been a driving force in the Assisted Housing Department, and we are excited to see her take on this leadership role. Her commitment has been instrumental in HCV program operations during a time of change and uncertainty. ?? Martin Petrov has been promoted to Senior Director of Development. Martin’s strategic vision and commitment to excellence have been key in advancing housing developments. We are eager to see him lead his team to even greater heights. AHA is committed to helping Veterans experiencing homelessness secure stable housing through the HUD-VASH program.

AHA recently expanded its benefits package to include employer-funded Wellness Lifestyle Spending Accounts. It covers expenses such as gym memberships, hobbies, and transportation which are not covered under traditional flexible spending accounts. It contributes to wellbeing by offering monetary assistance to lessen the burden of unexpected expenses such as pet care, and home and auto repair.?The addition of this employee perk contributes to the numerous reasons why AHA is a great place to work.

Thank you all for attending the grand opening celebration for Walden35 - AHA's newest development located at 3500 Walden St., Aurora, CO 80011. Nestled within the Gateway Park neighborhood in Aurora, Walden35 added 100 units of affordable housing in a community that is both walkable and transit oriented.
