Here’s a snapshot of their celebration with an espresso martini in hand—proof that every milestone deserves a special toast. ?? In the spirit of celebration and tradition, We wanted to share one of our favorite recipes—Wassail. It’s the perfect drink to warm up with and bring loved ones together during the holiday season. Whether you’re gathered with family or toasting to personal victories, this recipe is sure to bring warmth to your home. Here’s the recipe: Classic Wassail Recipe Wassail is a warm, spiced drink that's perfect for holiday gatherings. This recipe brings together sweet and tart flavors, making it a festive and comforting beverage. Enjoy! Ingredients: 1 gallon apple cider 1/2 gallon orange juice 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup honey (optional for extra sweetness) 8-10 whole cloves 6-8 cinnamon sticks 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice 1-2 sliced apples 1-2 sliced oranges 1/4 cup brandy or dark rum (optional, for an adult twist) Instructions: In a large pot or slow cooker, combine the apple cider, orange juice, and lemon juice. Add the honey (if desired), whole cloves, cinnamon sticks, ground ginger, and allspice. Stir the mixture and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. If using a slow cooker, set it to low. Add the sliced apples and oranges, allowing the fruit to infuse the flavors into the liquid. Let the wassail simmer for about 30-60 minutes, stirring occasionally, to let the spices meld and the flavors develop. (Optional) Add brandy or rum to the wassail for a festive kick.
