The Hub for Community Innovation Augusta, Red Cross of Georgia and Salvation Army of Augusta are serving thousands of families and residents in need of essential resources throughout the Augusta area following Hurricane Helene. The HUB, located at 631 Chafee Ave in Augusta, is open daily this week from 10 AM – 4 PM providing food, supplies, financial assistance and other needed support. ? The Augusta community has come together to contribute donations daily and volunteer to serve their neighbors. The 15th edition of the Asia-Pacific Amateur Championship was contested this past week in the shadow of Mount Fuji at Japan's Taiheiyo Club Gotemba. This joint initiative to grow the game was created by the Masters Tournament, The R&A and the Asia-Pacific Golf Confederation and serves to elevate competitive amateur golf while giving the top amateurs in the Asia-Pacific region a pathway into the game's most historic events. Congratulations to China's Wenyi Ding on a remarkable victory and to each of the 120 competitors who embody the spirit of this Championship.

Augusta National Golf Club, in partnership with the Community Foundation for the CSRA, is donating $5 million towards the Hurricane Helene Community Crisis Fund, which will support local relief efforts in response to the devastating impact of the storm throughout the greater Augusta community. Augusta National Golf Club is seeking a Broadcast Operations Coordinator to support the broadcast operations of our marquee events. This multi-faceted role will contribute to the year-round planning and execution of the Masters Tournament, Augusta National Women’s Amateur, Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals, Asia-Pacific Amateur Championship and Latin America Amateur Championship broadcasts. Beginning with the 2025 Tournament, Bank of America will join AT&T, IBM and Mercedes-Benz USA as Champion Partners of the Masters, alongside Tournament Partners Delta Air Lines, ROLEX and UPS.
