In our first-of-its-kind report in partnership with American Seniors Housing Association, clinical leaders reported hiring and retaining staff (65%) and improving staff quality (57%) are among the three greatest challenges facing clinical leadership today. “Persistent staff shortages and high turnover rates affect communities’ capacity to provide consistent, high-quality care.
